more waterfall pictures

Grandma Nemeth, Alexa and Amberlyn. The boys didn't come down to this view of the waterfall, they went on up above so we had some peace and quiet (besides all the other people of course...).

The small waterfall that the boys saw - Nathaniel thought his was better but of course he was wrong!

Very tired after all that walking.

Twin Falls State Park, WA

Mike's parents came for a visit this last week and since Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day, we decided to drive to the Twin Falls state park and hike to the waterfalls. I love waterfalls!

Walking along...

This is one of the beautiful waterfalls.

Nathaniel is in Middle School!!!

Awww mom, you are sooo embarassing! (This is his mad face, you can see that he is trying not to smile...)

I made him stand in front of his new school for one picture before I put the camera away.

Larissa and Abby came to visit!

Here all the girls are making pizza - we made the dough using our awesome new bread machine!

Still trying to get it to stay flat...

Bella is a child rocker!!!

more playing in the sand...

Alexa made sand "meatballs" and then she squished them later on.

Playing in the sandy mud!

Playing in the river

The night we went and saw Enchanted, Amberlyn and Alexa wanted to go down to the river but it was too dark. So the next day I promised them that they could play in the sand and water for a couple of hours. (Nathaniel was on a scout overnighter).
Here the girls are playing with the water and trying to make their own swimming pool!
Still playing...
Oh what a beautiful face you have my dear (the better to see you with...).

Movie in the Park!

There is a beautiful grassy park in our town and they have summer movies in the park for the community to attend. This night they were showing a very fun movie called "Enchanted" so I decided to bring my two older daughters to see it. We had to wait until dark and here in the Northwest that doesn't happen till around 8:30 or 9 so we had a long time wait. A few brave souls entertained us with their oh so fabulous Karaoke skills!

They even gave us free popcorn!
